2. RESERVATION PROCESS AND PRELIMINARY CHARACTER INVESTIGATIONPay 5,000 and submit initial requirements.
3. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTSSubmit all requirements in 3- 4 weeks after reservation
4. PAYMENT OF MOVEIN FEE AND EQUITYThis can be paid thru accredited banks, developer or site office of the developer
5. DEED OF ASSIGNMENTThis is done after full payment and completion of requirements. Deed of assignment is the free transfer of the title to you. Usually takes a month or more at the Registry of Deeds.
