Requirements for PAGIBIG HOUSING LOAN for Rent to Own Homes:
LOCAL EMPLOYED:
- 1 Month Pay Slip
- 2 Government id’s
- Company id
- ITR
- Birth Certificate
- 1×1 picture (4 pieces)
- Proof of Billing,
**If the billing is not under your name, Please provide Certificate of Tenancy & ID of House Owner or Barangay Certificate
- Cedula
- MSVS(Membership Status Verification Slip)
- ESAV (Employee Statement Accumulated Value)a.k.a List of Pag- Ibig Contributions. You will get it in the branch of pag ibig where your present Company is paying.
- Certificate of Employment (Original and NOTARIZED, With Salary Compensation and Monthly breakdown)
- Loan Documents (To be sign here in our office J)
* ALL COPIES of ID SHOULD BE CLEAR, FRONT, & BACK
* MARRIED CLIENTS PLEASE PROVIDE COPY OF ID OF YOUR SPOUSE
OFW:
- Photocopy of Job Contract (to be authenticated to Phil Embassy on the country of your residence)-if new contract no need for the Stamp of Phil Embassy
- Photocopy of Passport , with 3 signatures
- Special Power of Attorney (Notarized or Consularized)
- Cedula and 2 Govt Id of Atty in fact
- 1×1 pics of the buyer 4 pcs ( should not be scanned/ glossy)
- MSVS Approved by pag ibig
- Proof of Billing (original Meralco/Maynilad) & Brgy Clearance of Atty in Fact
- Pag ibig receipts/ ESAV print out of th list of Contributions
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Contract
- Loan Documents (To be sign here in our office )
