The house is in very good condition, the construction is conventional (buhos) and lastly if there are any damages, you still have 30 days to check and ask them to re-do the unit.

The Cash out you have to pay is very minimal. It’s like 2 months deposit and 1 month advance. The best thing here is that with our scheme you can pay the cash out in 5-8 months (Staggered payment) which will make you say YES to your new house.
- YOU START PAYING WHEN YOU HAVE MOVED-IN TO THE UNIT
You read it right! You start your monthly amortization THRU PAGIBIG once you have moved in. With us, every monthly amortization you are paying goes directly to the total contract price of the house plus the interest rate.
